General Contractor for this new 750,000 SF, multi-building luxury Hotel-Residence-Resort complex including a 120-room Hotel, 70-unit Hotel Residences, 40-unit Exclusive Residences, and 14-unit Workforce Housing with multiple pools, spas, saunas, fitness centers, restaurants, retails shops, convention space, casino, and underground parking on the north shore of Lake Tahoe at the California-Nevada border.
