General Contractor for this new 169,900 SF 5-star luxury resort hotel with high-end rustic exterior finishes and elegant mountain interiors. Work included 154 guest rooms, lobby, great room, restaurant, bar, adventure center, ballrooms, day spa, as well as over $10,000,000 in re-aligned golf holes, entry roads, watershed restoration, and landscaping.

Truckee, CA
General Contractor for this new 3,900 SF, 2-story ski-in/ski-out HOA amenity building located at the NorthStar mid-mountain. Work included a grand living room area, media room, fitness facilities, locker rooms, pool deck, and spa all outfitted in custom high-end finishes.
