This project included site preparation, grading and hardscape. The new construction consisted of a 478,100 sq. ft., 18-story (including basement) Hotel Tower housing a mix of 600 hotel rooms and suites and approximately 26,500 sq. ft. basement support level. Structure consisted of cast-in-place concrete frame, reinforcing steel, and post tension cables. The exterior consisted of a curtain wall glazing system, and EIFS at both ends of Tower. Garage consisted of a 6-story, 616,000 sq. ft. Parking Garage Structure for approximately 1,600 passenger cars. The concrete framed structure is composed of post tension concrete slabs spanning to post tension concrete beams all supported by concrete columns. The lateral system is a moment framed system composed of up turned concrete beams. The parking decks are designed as flat decks with drainage and an outside speed ramp is used to access upper levels.
